There are different types of connectors used in electrical

component is the Crimp C connector.
These connectors are made of a conducting metal, preferably

pressed on the crimp connector to form a C shape and hold the non-insulated
wires together in targeted sections. The crimping process also needs dies of
different sizes. Along with a crimping tool to create a connection, dies are
used considering the crimp connector's dimensions.
4. Tinned or un-tinned
A tinned copper connector is used when it
comes in contact with a metal surface or an uninsulated wire. An un-tinned
copper connector is used when insulation is present on the wires.
5. Size of the crimp connectors
As mentioned earlier, a type of crimped connector is determined by
the cumulative cross-sections of the wires to be connected. The size range of
this connector depends on the manufacturer and the industries to be covered.
The electrical systems decide the type of wires to be connected. Eventually, a Crimp C connector is chosen based on the
cross-section of cables.

ISO-certified brand to procure these connectors. Make sure the copper used is
of the industry grade. Find out the specific requirement and choose the
suitable component. These components should be tested and certified,
considering the industry standards. It will also need a set of mechanical tools
for crimping.
